Ok, here is the etching of the 1 of 2 plates I am doing for this particular thematic excursion. This is basically a test print, I have scanned this inferior example in, because, basically, the paper's borders were smaller and I couldn't be bothered fucking around with the good prints and stitching all these scans together in Photoshop. The ink i've used is cheaper, and the paper is a cold white, decent paper, but not what I wanted. You'll notice a sandy like quality in the darker tones, and that is from the shit ink, bad plate rubbing back, and maybe a slight lack of pressure on the press. The final prints, I assure you, look much better, on Hahnemuhle paper, which has more warmth to it, and higher GSM. Plus the ink I've used for final prints is much better, much deeper, warmer black. Once again, it's egg cartons, arranged compositionally however the fuck I pleased, and drawn then drawn again, then etched and then printed. And all for what? Nothing except for the fact that its more fun than associating with you human cunts.
